Women's Empowerment Evenings

yoga teacher, lifestyle coach, entrepreneur and the creator of Free Spirited Wanderer & Authentic Feminine Mastermind.

In High School, I knew that I was destined for an unconventional life rooted in travel, yoga & self exploration.

​

 I majored in Business to gain insight on how to become an entrepreneur.

​

 I studied abroad three times; business in Spain and Buddhist Philosophy in India & Cambodia to feed my adventurous, life-experience and knowledge seeking soul.

​

 I completed my Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Trainings in Nepal (200YTT, 2014) & India (300YTT, 2018) so I could completely immerse myself in the yogic culture, lifestyle and learn the roots. 2018-2019, I also completed a year long Ashtanga Apprenticeship with Johnna Smith & Shanna Small and finished out 2019 with a Para Yoga Marma Training.

in 2017, my business, Free Spirited Wanderer was born. I started leading local and international yoga & wellness retreats and in 2020, I stepped into the coaching world, investing in multiple business & life coaches so I could blend my yoga teachings with coaching and create my own program, Authentic Feminine Mastermind; a 12 week journey inwards towards pleasure, purpose, prosperity and freedom, in order to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.

I didn’t become a yoga teacher so I could help others perfect their asana practice. I became a teacher so I could help them heal, feel awake, alive and activated and live a more fulfilling life.

​

This work has also inspired me to lead free Women's Empowerment Evenings via zoom once a month and Women's Retreats. These are both safe spaces where other women can feel seen, heard and understood. We connect with one another through discussion, sharing our hearts, yoga practices, meditations, intuitive dance and journaling exercises.

The result? Stepping into the woman you were always meant to become with clarity, courage, confidence, love and empowerment.
